Studio Use for Students

• Arrive on time to prepare for lessons

• Wash your hands before and after lessons

• Come to each lesson well-prepared and bring all the lesson materials 

• Leave your shoes on the rack before entering the studio

• If you are not feeling well please inform the teacher about your condition

Parents Participation

• Parent’s involvement and supports are important factors of a student’s musical growth. We recommend parents to sit down to listen to your child play at least once a week and encourage them to have regular practice sessions.

Missed lesson and Cancelation

• If you need to cancel or reschedule the lesson please inform the studio at Line: @roundnotemusic 1 week in advance or at least 2 days or 48 hours prior to the lesson time. 

• Once a month makeup credit is given with the advanced notification, at least 2 days or 48 hours prior to the lesson time. 

• There will be no make up credit for the missed lesson without notification or less than 48 hours notification

• The lesson will be rescheduled depend on teacher's availability

Payment
